Residential School Rules & Regulations

For a healthy and balanced development and growth of students, a residential school should adopt and strictly adhere to defined rules and regulations for its smooth functioning.

Parents are required to attend the Open House to keep a track of their wards’ progress report and talk to different subject teachers.

Parents are requested to attend all co-curricular and sports events to boost students’ confidence and motivate them.  
Parents should ensure that students report on time after vacations or at the beginning of the new session, otherwise a penalty of Rs 500 per day will be charged except in case of some emergency.

No requests for extra outings during normal study days would be permitted as it can affect the studies and discipline.

Reporting Time:
Hostel reporting time for the boarders is between 9am to 6 pm. After the specified timings entry to the hostel would not be permitted.

Permitted Items:
A check list of permitted items that a boarder can carry is issued along with the admission form. Parents are requested to give only those items mentioned in the check list. No extra items will be permitted.

Restricted Items:
Students are not allowed to carry any of the below mentioned things

Visiting Timings:
Parents are not permitted to visit their child during class hours. However short visit timings are between 3.00pm to 6.30pm and long visit timings are on Saturdays at 5 pm.

Phone Timings:
Parents can speak to their ward only on weekends from 2.00pm to 5.00pm on Sundays. Although in case of emergency, parents can contact on the school phone numbers.

All boarders go out every fortnight on Sundays subject to approval of Principal, with a sum of Rs 300/-.


Every Saturday is the movie time for the students subject to approval of Principal.
