 About School

Hill Range High School was established by Late Shri M.R. Bhilare father of the School and Hill Range Education Foundation Trust. As our Motto Knowledge is Power, it aims to give quality education with modern technique to develop self confidence, personality of students and discipline students to effectively deal with the challenges of day to day life.

Hill Range is the temple for the student wherein they are guided, instructed and moulded. It is the garden in which students flowered. It’s playground and gymnasium is the place where students gained its physical prowess, the classroom where students mind are nurtured. Its teachers are the ones who introduce students with new ideas, discoveries and inventions. They provide with an attitude that broadened students outlook on life. The principal and the management of this school provides students with various opportunities that help students to grow and make progress. Students heart is full of deep gratitude for this wonderful place, this huge storehouse of knowledge, that they had the good fortune to avail themselves of. The playground, the silent walls, the pictures in the classroom will always be a part of them. And even though it is said that nothing lasts forever this school will always be in there heart. Wherever they go, whatever they do. The school will last in there hearts and minds.

  About Bhilar :

The School is located on the boarder of Bhilar village. Bhilar is a small village, lies between Mahableshwar and Panchgani. Bhilar is 1450 m above the sea level, with greener and dense vegetation. The picturesque hills, scenery around is breathtakingly beautiful. The main occupation of the people over here is strawberry farming. Farming is done with hi-tech farming methods, since the village is known as mini isreal. From here we can say that Indian farmer truly represents India. He is the son of the soil, the backbone of the country.
Even the words of William Cowper, the celebrated English poet has given us the immortal line, “God made the Country, and man made the town”. What he implies is that the countryside has all the simplicity and beauty of nature while in urban areas we find artificiality and the ugliness of human life. Cowper is absolutely right. Country life is simple and natural; peaceful and serene. A polite place, Bhilar is simply enchanting, as Panchgani and Mahableshwar does.
